All rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Online program tuition is the same for in-state and out-of-state students.

Other Expenses to Consider

Housing & Meals

On-campus housing and meal plans range from $9,800–$14,200 per academic year, depending on room type and meal plan selected. Off-campus housing options are also available nearby.

Books & Supplies

Estimated $1,200–$1,800 per year for textbooks, course materials, and supplies. Many programs use low-cost or open educational resources to reduce this burden.

Health Insurance

All on-campus students must have health insurance. The PCC student health plan is available for approximately $2,400 per year, or students may provide proof of comparable coverage.

Technology Fee

$350 per semester for all students, covering campus Wi-Fi, software licenses, learning management system access, and online library resources.

Student Activity Fee

$150 per semester, supporting student organizations, campus events, recreation facilities, and student government.

Application Fee

$50 for domestic undergraduate applicants, $75 for international and graduate applicants. Fee waivers are available for eligible students.

How We Help You Pay

Merit Scholarships

Awarded to incoming students with outstanding academic achievement, leadership, or talent. Awards range from $5,000 to full tuition. No separate application required — all applicants are automatically considered.

Need-Based Grants

PCC offers institutional grants to students with demonstrated financial need. Complete the FAFSA (domestic) or the PCC International Financial Aid Application to be considered.

International Student Aid

We are committed to a global student body. International applicants may qualify for partial tuition scholarships, on-campus employment, and dedicated payment plans.

Graduate Assistantships

Graduate students may apply for teaching or research assistantships, which include a tuition waiver and stipend in exchange for part-time work with faculty.

Federal & State Aid

Eligible U.S. students may access federal Pell Grants, student loans, and work-study programs by completing the FAFSA. Our financial aid office can guide you through the process.

Payment Plans

Interest-free monthly payment plans allow you to spread tuition costs across the semester. Employer tuition reimbursement programs are also welcomed.
